    RedSwitch (Pty) Ltd provides:

    • Vinyl vehicle wraps
    • Paint Protection Film (PPF)
    • Ceramic coatings
    • Vehicle detailing
    • Design and branding services related to vehicle styling

    All services are subject to availability and acceptance by RedSwitch.

    3. Quotes and Bookings

    • Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
    • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit.
    • Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, customization requirements, or changes to project scope.
    • RedSwitch reserves the right to revise or withdraw quotations prior to acceptance.

    4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
    • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability.

    5. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is required upon completion of services.
    • Invoices not paid within 7 days may incur late fees or legal action.
    • RedSwitch retains the right to withhold the release of any vehicle or materials until full payment has been received.

    6. Warranties and Disclaimers

    RedSwitch offers limited warranties on workmanship and materials, subject to manufacturer terms. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

    • Improper care or washing
    • Use of abrasive chemicals
    • Road debris, weather, or physical damage
    • Pre-existing surface defects

    Please refer to our Care Instructions for maintaining your vehicle finish.

    7. Surface Condition and Latent Defects

    The final finish of services such as wraps, coatings, and detailing may be affected by pre-existing defects, paint condition, or latent damage not visible during assessment. RedSwitch is not responsible for repair of such defects unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site (logos, branding, images, design work, and copy) is the property of RedSwitch (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without express written permission.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    RedSwitch (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, due to vehicle downtime or service delays.

    You agree that the total liability of RedSwitch, under any legal claim, will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

    10. Privacy Policy

    By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa.
